Welcome to Esskultur. I am really glad you came by. This blog will be a collection of notes and recipes which reflect food and ingredients, traditions and the way food is produced and used. But actually it is just about the pleasure of cooking and sharing a meal –  no matter if it’s a meal that come together quickly or one that is well prepared. But for me it matters that it is made with good and fresh ingredients and that it is fun to spend time preparing and eating.
I have already prepared a few recipes and notes – so a second visit is highly recommended!
